Greg Barrentine is a Co-Founder and Partner at UNITY Executive, where he leads the firm’s executive search practice focused on Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, and other senior leadership engagements. With more than 25 years of experience, Greg advises private equity-backed, family-owned, and complex organizations on leadership decisions that shape long-term business performance, helping identify executives who can drive growth, transformation, and enterprise value.   

Known for his consultative and relationship-driven approach, Greg is valued for his ability to assess leadership beyond technical qualifications, evaluating executive presence, cultural alignment, and the organizational dynamics critical to long-term success. His thoughtful, highly personalized approach has earned the trust of CEOs, executive leadership teams, and business owners seeking strategic hiring guidance for their most important leadership searches. 

Throughout his career, Greg has led searches for CFOs, Chief Accounting Officers, Controllers, Vice Presidents of Finance, Treasury leaders, Internal Audit executives, and other key members of the executive leadership team. 

Greg began his career with Arthur Andersen and KPMG before moving into corporate finance within the real estate development industry. This combination of public accounting and operational finance experience provides him with firsthand insight into the challenges executive leaders face, allowing him to bring a practical business perspective to every search. Since entering recruiting in 2005, he has leveraged his accounting and finance background, extensive network, and strategic approach to become a trusted advisor on executive leadership hiring. 

Greg earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and remains committed to helping organizations build leadership teams that create lasting business impact. 

Mike Blurton, CPA is a Co-Founder and Partner at UNITY Executive, where he leads executive Accounting and Finance search engagements while helping shape the firm's strategic direction and client partnerships. With more than 20 years of recruiting experience following his background in Big 4 public accounting, Mike specializes in helping organizations build executive leadership teams during periods of growth, transformation, private equity investment, succession planning, and organizational change. 

Mike is particularly known for advising high-growth companies, private equity-backed organizations, family offices, and businesses relocating to Texas on leadership hiring strategy. He is recognized for his ability to evaluate executive talent beyond technical qualifications, identifying leaders who can navigate complexity, influence organizational culture, and deliver long-term business results.  

Throughout his career, Mike has led searches for CFOs, Controllers, Vice Presidents of Finance, Chief Accounting Officers, FP&A leaders, and other senior finance executives across a wide range of industries. 

Prior to co-founding UNITY, Mike built a distinguished recruiting career with one of the nation's largest recruiting firms, where he quickly rose to become one of the organization's top-performing recruiters, ultimately ranking among the Top 5 nationally. He began his professional career in the audit practice at KPMG. 

Mike earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Baylor University, where he continues to serve on the Accounting Advisory Board, reflecting his ongoing commitment to developing the accounting and finance profession. 

Danielle is an Associate Partner at UNITY, where she specializes in Accounting and Finance search across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Since joining UNITY in 2012, Danielle has built a reputation for delivering a highly relationship-driven and consultative approach, partnering closely with both clients and candidates to facilitate strategic, long-term hiring decisions. 

Drawing from her background in Big 4/Big 6 public accounting, Danielle brings a strong technical foundation and firsthand industry insight to every search. Her ability to understand organizational needs, assess talent beyond the resume, and foster meaningful connections has made her a trusted partner to companies seeking high-impact accounting and finance professionals. 

Danielle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Oklahoma and her MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Midwestern State University.  

Allison Evans is a Recruiting Director at UNITY, specializing in executive and senior-level Accounting and Finance search across a variety of industries. With more than 25 years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, Allison is known for identifying top-tier leadership talent and building long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully led searches for senior management and executive leadership positions, partnering with organizations ranging from high-growth companies to established enterprises. Her consultative approach and deep market knowledge make her a trusted advisor in navigating complex hiring decisions. 

Allison earned her Bachelor of Human Sciences degree with a management focus from Texas Tech University.  

Eric Olschewsky is an Associate Partner at UNITY with more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience specializing in accounting, finance, tax, and executive leadership search. Since joining UNITY in 2012, he has partnered with organizations nationwide to identify and recruit high-impact leaders for critical finance and corporate leadership roles. 

Drawing on his background in Big 4 public accounting, Eric brings a unique combination of technical expertise and executive search experience. His firsthand industry knowledge enables him to evaluate leadership capabilities, understand complex organizational needs, and deliver strategic hiring solutions that align with both business objectives and company culture. 

Eric has successfully led searches across a broad range of executive and senior leadership positions, including CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, Tax Directors, Vice Presidents, and other key finance and accounting leaders. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
